Tecnología de los Sticks de Hockey TK

TK CARBON BRAIDED Utilising high end Carbon Braid technology, creating a seamless structure througout the full length of the stick enabling The Total one stick to distribute the Impact evenly throughout the stick. Giving it a perfect feel and ultra stiffness. The 100% zero carbon braiding technology allows the different braided layers to move together making resulting in an extremely durable and ultra lightweight stick..
DYNANOTEX REINFORCEMENT Dynanotex is a tow spreading system of dry carbon fiber strands. These dry fiber strands go through a very precise process whereby the fibers are un-bundled and aligned precisely at their axes enabling them to yield 100% fiber strength. This technology maximises the sticks potential so it will perform comfortably under rough and tough playing conditions.
ICONS-03.jpg
NANO TECHNOLOGY TK’s advancement into Multiwall Carbon Nano Tube architecture enhances the mechanical strength of the sticks composite structure utilising a strong Carbon to Carbon Covalent bond. This combines to produce extreme rigidity and durability during play. TK continues to excel in the field of Nano technology research and development, now intrinsic in the success of its competition class sticks.
ICONS-04.jpg
TK TRI-CELL CORE The new P1 has two unidirectional carbon fiber central beams giving the stick very high stiffness without increasing the weight. Due to its multi spine structure, the stick has a better torque resistance than ever before, giving the player a very solid feel. A special traction coating on the flat side of the head improves close play ball handling.

CCM – COMPACT COMPRESSION MOULDING Utilising high end Carbon Braid technology, creating a seamless structure througout the full length of the stick enabling The Total one stick to distribute the Impact evenly throughout the stick. Giving it a perfect feel and ultra stiffness. The 100% zero carbon braiding technology allows the different braided layers to move together making resulting in an extremely durable and ultra lightweight stick.
ICONS-06.jpg
SCM – SHEEPFOOT COMPRESSION MOULDING Similar to the CCM process whereby the stick matrix is treated to both side wall pressure and pneumatic pressure. This creates a strong compacted stick by removing all micro air bubbles from the com- posite matrix, increasing the bulk density, mass and on a nano scale positions the particles closer together for a maximum strength stick.
ICONS-07.jpg
CDT – CARBIDE DIFFUSION TECHNOLOGY A world FIRST in Hockey Sticks Technology, TK has introduced a revolutionary process technology called CDT that produces an excellent carbide diffused stick head which is remarkably strong and resistant against abrasion. This stick is an ideal one to be used on sand filled pitches where hockey sticks endure abrasive force.
ICONS-08.jpg
CSBR – CARBON STRAIGHT BAR REINFORCEMENT This is TKs specially designed reinforcement where the UD carbon roving is aligned at the Zero angle with un-woven Carbon and then bonded together in sheet form. These straight carbon bars are simply held together to keep their Zero angle position. This reinforcement process has been refined by TKs technology team to produce a HYPER rigid stick.
ICONS-09.jpg
IDS – INTEGRATED DAMPING SYSTEM IDS utilises Piezoelectric Fibers, active ceramic fibers that demonstrate a unique property that converts kinetic energy into electrical signals and finally heat energy helping dissipate ball play vibrations. Vibrations that would normally travel to the handle are therefore converted and dissipated as heat, undetectable to the player.
ICONS-10.jpg
RLP – REACTIVE LIQUID POLYMER TKs unmatched expertise in Polymer engineering has led to the development of a special polymeric additive, added to the sticks fiber matrix which dramatically enhancesthe sticks durability, forming a tough barrier that dramatically reduces the risk of cracking during hard ball play.
